Spinal Decompression
A non-surgical alternative for disc-related back and neck pain that gently relieves pressure on compressed nerves and discs.
What it is
Spinal decompression uses a computer-controlled traction table to apply gentle, cyclical stretching to the spine. This creates negative pressure inside the disc, helping retract herniated material, rehydrate the disc, and pull oxygen and nutrients into damaged tissue.
Benefits
- Drug-free, surgery-free disc treatment
- Reduced sciatic nerve pain
- Improved disc hydration and height
- Lasting relief — not just symptom masking
- Comfortable, relaxing sessions
Conditions we treat
- •Herniated or bulging discs
- •Degenerative disc disease
- •Sciatica
- •Pinched nerves
- •Facet syndrome
- •Failed back surgery (in select cases)
What to expect
Sessions last about 20–30 minutes. Most patients feel immediate relaxation and notice meaningful relief within a few weeks. We'll often combine decompression with adjustments and rehab for the best long-term outcome.
